Loreal mineral makeup?

When using Loreal mineral makeup is it just a powder or do I still need the foundation as well? I prefer 2 go without foundation if Loreal mineral makeup covers like foundation. I have combination skin tone %26amp; puffy under-eyesLoreal mineral makeup?
I use it by itself. Put on a mosturizer right before, or else your skin will shrivel up! Use the brush to lightly pat on the powder and spread it out. Use you hand to pat it in more, to avoid irritation of the skin. Hope this helps!Loreal mineral makeup?
It is a powder foundation so you use it by itself. Some people may use it OVER foundation, but that would be a heavy, full coverage look. If you have a break out, or under eye circles, they now have a little concealer (the container is soooo cute) that goes with it too, and it would be even heavier coverage.
For the skin tone, I would get ';Got-2-B IN YOUR FACE : Clay Masque';.


It's available at any tore/grocery store except for Walmart, and it's excellent.





For the puffy under-eyes, get some cream that should reduce it. Any major brand should work.





Loreal mineral makeup, or any mineral makeup, covers find without foundation. However, puffy under eyes will still be noticeable.
