L'oreal for sure. N.Y.C. is still good but it isn't very known so it doesn't commercial alot.
I think for the most part L'Oreal is much more advanced and a bit higher quality than NYC. They come out with newer and more improved products than NYC.
Loreal for sure, N.Y.C is cheap stuff compared to Loreal...Unless it's different where you live, but in Arizona and Washington N.Y.C is basically a generic...
Loreal is a better brand technically, they sell more product and have been a big name in the industry for many years, but they both have the pretty same quality when it comes to the makeup.


any look is achievable with both products, so they are about equal. :]
