I brought the Loreal Never-fail Lipcolour and it needs a oil-based makeup remover to get it off. Does the neutragena oil-free makeup remover work on it? I need soemthing that can be used on the whole face and I don't like pads because they run out quickly. Garnier fructis makes an really good, inexpensive makeup remover wipe.
